CHUTE ZEN LADDER, a WA DNR Northwest Region sale, drew 2 bidders and settled at $288/MBF, 261% over its $126,000 minimum, the hardest-bid state tract on the recent board. Northwest Region's WHATS UP DOCK ran second at $246/MBF, 184% over its $200,000 minimum with 3 bidders. The two Northwest Region sales hold the top two premium slots among 28 WA DNR sales since April 1.
