Ten WA DNR results from September 1-29: eight sold, two drew no bid. Raw Bin Hood and Q Dead End drew no qualifying bids. The state board stands at 41 sold sales, green sawtimber at a median +31% over minimum.

Middle Sager (ODF) sold September 15, the latest in a 38-sale summer run with a 44 percent green sawtimber median over minimum. BLM's Wild Penn and Tail Dragger CT lead 59 advertised sales on the forward calendar.
ODF Closes September 14 on Coyote and Outback GNA Sales
ODF sold Coyote GNA and Outback GNA on September 14. The summer board now shows 37 completed sales at a median of 44% over the appraised minimum and 83,554 MBF (state) sold since July 14.
Short Star Blowdown Runs 193 Percent Over MT DNRC Minimum
Short Star Blowdown sold at $35.10/ton, 193 percent over MT DNRC's $12.00/ton minimum, three bidders. Total high bid $87,399 against a $29,880 minimum. Fast Horse and GNA Baird-Harper also posted for MT DNRC.

GNA Baird-Harper Tops the Period at 224 Percent Over MT DNRC Minimum
GNA Baird-Harper Timber Sale at MT DNRC's Northwestern Land Office cleared 224 percent over its per-unit minimum, the sharpest premium on a 43-sale board. Elk Mill and Malua drew no bid from WA DNR. 61 sales advertised ahead.
32 Advertised Sales Open the Summer Timber Calendar
No auction results are in the digest this issue as the data set warms up. Thirty-two sales are advertised for late July, including BLM's Two by Four Torte on July 24 and two WA DNR offerings on July 28.

Chute Zen Ladder Sells 261% Over Minimum in WA DNR Northwest
WA DNR's Northwest Region posted the two biggest premiums on a 28-sale board since April 1. Chute Zen Ladder closed at $288/MBF, 261% over minimum. Whats Up Dock followed at $246/MBF, 184% over. Two sales drew no bid.
