Two MT DNRC sales completed in the past ten days: Clark Hinch on August 4 and Weeksville on August 13. Both come from a program whose Northwestern Land Office has run the summer board's two sharpest premiums, GNA Baird-Harper at +224% over its per-unit minimum and Dern Draw Blowdown at +215% over its per-unit minimum on a single bid. The 36-sale period board stands at a median +25% over minimum across 75,566 MBF (state) of timber sold.

• GNA Baird-Harper (MT DNRC, Northwestern Land Office): period high for competition. Cleared $31.25/tons against a $9.64/tons per-unit minimum, +224% over the per-unit minimum with 2 bidders. Total high bid $101,344 against a $31,263 total minimum.
• Dern Draw Blowdown (MT DNRC, Northwestern Land Office): cleared $37.77/tons against a $12.00/tons per-unit minimum, +215% over the per-unit minimum on 1 bid. Total high bid $67,986 against a $21,600 total minimum.
• No bid: Elk Mill (WA DNR) drew no qualifying bid, the only no-bid among 36 sales this period.
• Volume leader: King (WA DNR) at 54,547 tons, total high bid $1,520,770.
