Thirty ODF Results Land, West Wall GNA the Most Recent

Thirty Oregon Department of Forestry sales, dated from November 2023 through August 2026, published in this update, with West Wall GNA (ODF, sold August 17) the most recent result. Alongside them, Elk Mill (WA DNR) drew no qualifying bid at its July 1 auction. Across 35 sold sales since June 17, green sawtimber cleared a median 26 percent over appraised minimums, 58,225 MBF (state) sold.

• Elk Mill (WA DNR, no-bid, July 1): drew no qualifying bid, the WA DNR no-bid in the recent period.
• GNA Baird-Harper (MT DNRC, Northwestern Land Office): period-high premium on the recent board. Cleared $31.25/ton against a $9.64/ton per-unit minimum, 224 percent over the per-unit minimum, 2 bidders. Total high bid $101,344 against a $31,263 total minimum.
• Dern Draw Blowdown (MT DNRC, Northwestern Land Office): cleared $37.77/ton against a $12.00/ton per-unit minimum, 215 percent over the per-unit minimum, 1 bidder. Total high bid $67,986 against a $21,600 total minimum.
• King (WA DNR): period-high state volume at 54,547 tons, total high bid $1,520,770.
