Southwestern Land Office timber sale prices

This page rolls up GREEN SAWTIMBER auctions in the Southwestern Land Office, standing timber sold on a real appraised minimum, into a volume-weighted monthly average price per tons (green weight), the per-ton basis Idaho and Montana sell some sales on, its median sale price, its premium over the appraised minimum, and its bid intensity. Salvage, deck, stewardship and product sales price on token minimums, so they are excluded from these figures and reported separately on the board rather than blended in. These sales are scaled and priced per ton, a different unit from a state MBF or federal CCF price, so they are not directly comparable and never blended in. Everything here is a completed auction.
